Environmental Policy

• Providing training to employees on environmental issues to increase awareness of environmental protection and to encourage environmentally responsible behaviour;
• Taking the Company’s environmental criteria into consideration and carrying out all necessary actions to ensure continuous improvement;
• Using energy and natural resources efficiently;
• Continuously improving the environmental performance of our services in accordance with changing national and international legislation and technological developments;
• Implementing international environmental standards by taking into account the conditions of our country and our company;
• Eliminating, or where elimination is not possible, minimising harmful environmental impacts at their source throughout our processes;
• Increasing the use of recyclable and less harmful materials;
• Preparing emergency response plans to ensure rapid and effective intervention in cases of pollution arising from accidents or emergency situations;
• Ensuring that our Environmental Policy is fully understood and implemented by all our employees and by the individuals and organisations we serve.

Energy Policy

• The Energy Policy has been documented in writing, communicated to all employees through training, and displayed in visible common areas within the workplace.
• Employee understanding and adoption of the policy are ensured through training sessions and evaluations conducted during internal audits, enabling employees to act in accordance with the policy throughout their work processes.
• The policy is published on the Company’s official website to ensure accessibility for all relevant parties.
• MODEMA ensures the continuous suitability, effectiveness, and availability of the necessary resources to maintain and improve the Energy Management System (EnMS).
• The Company meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to energy efficiency, energy use, and energy consumption, ensuring the continuous improvement of energy performance and the Energy Management System.
• Energy-efficient products and services that have an impact on energy performance are prioritised in procurement processes.
• Design activities are supported and implemented in compliance with applicable laws and organisational requirements, with due consideration of opportunities to improve energy performance.
• The suitability of energy use and the achievement level of energy objectives are reviewed periodically during management review meetings, and the Energy Policy is updated when necessary.
